I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the cleanliness and the facilities. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, always willing to help me with any request. The location is great for those looking to be close to Ricky Ski area, as it was just a short drive away. The parking was ample, and I never had to worry about finding a spot. Lastly, the breakfast here was amazing, with a great variety of food to choose from.

The recently refurbished hotel was clean, comfortable, and great value for money. The restaurant offered a massive menu with superb quality food at affordable prices. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and well-equipped. The hotel had good WiFi, a ski equipment drying area, and private parking.

Some staff members had limited English language skills, but they made an effort to understand and communicate.

The food was tasty and plentiful, and the location was great for skiing and other winter activities. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for our family of four. We also appreciated the drying area for our ski gear.

The service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and even rude at times, which put a damper on our New Year's celebration. Additionally, the noise from other guests was quite disruptive at night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. while the hotel had its positive aspects, we were disappointed with the level of service and noise levels that detracted from our stay.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was really close to all the hiking trails we wanted to explore during Easter. The staff were really friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, which was a huge bonus. We also loved the fact that they had an on-site bar and restaurant, which made it easy to grab a drink or a meal without having to leave the hotel.

While the room was comfortable and had everything we needed, it was a bit basic and lacked personality, which wasn't ideal for a special holiday like Easter. , there didn't seem to be much information about the reception hours, which made it a bit confusing when we arrived at the hotel.
